Celer appoints a new Chief Operating Officer

Welcome Paul!

Paul Mitcheson joins Celer as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Paul has 25 yrs of financial industry experience spanning multiple asset classes, having worked as a front office equities developer through to managing business focused teams within FX. Most recently, he joins from StateStreet where he was Global Head of Execution Services Integration, with responsibility for both technical and business focused departments across the Currenex and FXConnect platforms.
